某院肿瘤中心爱心超市构建

目的：建立协和肿瘤中心爱心超市，为贫困肿瘤患者搭建一个非营利性的爱心平台，让患者得到更多的社会支持，使更多的爱心人士参与其中，同时促进和谐的医患关系，打造良好的医院形象。方法筹建场地、明确人员职责和工作流程，制定各工作环节的执行标准和细则，按照规范运作。结果自筹备以来共收到爱心物品1164件，总共价值约6万元，138名肿瘤患者获益，有12家媒体对爱心超市进行报道，更多的社会爱心企业和爱心人士愿意参与其中。结论协和肿瘤中心爱心超市的构建满足社会需求，同时也整合社会资源，最终使患者受益。

Construction of Benevolence Supermarket in the Tumor Center of Hospital

Objective The aims of establishing a benevolence supermarket in cancer center were to set up a non -profit platform for poverty -stricken cancer patients so that they can get more social support and more caring people could be recruited to participate in this program. This benevolence supermarket could not only promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients but also improve the image of the hospital .Methods First, a suitable site was constructed;second, we clarified duties and work processes for each nurse ; third, a series of standards and rules were developed ; finally, the nurses did the work according to these standards and rules .Results Since the day the benevolence supermarket was planned , we have received 1164 love items which were worth a-bout 60 thousands yuan, and 138 patients have got benefits from this project .Furthermore, since 12 media groups reported the benevolence supermarket , more and more social enterprises and caring people wanted to the participate in cooperation program.Conclusion The construction of the benevolence supermarket in Union Cancer Center could not only meet social needs , but also integrate the social resources to benefit the patients .
