| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨导管护理管理手机软件系统设计及其应用效果.方法 以网易研发的"有道云笔记"为软件基础,设计导管护理质量管理手机软件系统,自2015年7月开始对全院导管护理实时监控和质量督导.分别调查应用前后导管护理质量和导管护理问题有效整改率.结果 应用导管护理管理手机软件系统后,实现实时导管护理问题监控和督导,所有导管护理学组成员同步、协同进行导管护理质量管控,导管护理质量明显提升(P<0.05),疑难导管护理问题有效整改率明显提高(P<0.05).结论 导管护理质量管理系统的设计与应用,实现导管护理质量管理的信息化和资源共享,优化导管护理学组工作流程,提高护理质量管理效能.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the design and application of catheter nursing quality management system based on mobile application.Methods Based on the application of youdaoyun, the application of catheter nursing quality management system was designed and applied in clinic since July 2015.This study catheter nursing quality and problem rectification rate to use this mobile application before and after.Results All the catheter care team members could manage catheter nursing quality synergistically after the design and application of catheter nursing quality management system.The catheter nursing quality and intervention problem rectification rate was significantly higher (P<0.05) than before.Conclusion The design and application of catheter nursing quality management system based on mobile application reached informationize and resources sharing, improves the management efficient of nursing quality. |
