某院医患纠纷档案管理现状

目的 探讨某三级甲等综合性医院医患纠纷档案管理现状及模式,为综合性医院医患纠纷的预防和处置提供管理思路.方法 采用回顾性分析方法调查该三级甲等综合性医院医患纠纷档案相关数据,同时采用德尔菲法和专家会议法等统计学方法分析,对某三级甲等综合性医院医患纠纷档案的管理进行现况调查和深入分析.结果 该三级甲等综合性医院医患纠纷档案通过专人及时、全面、完整、规范的收集和整理,辅以有效的科学立卷方案,迅速为该院医务行政人员,尤其是医疗质量管理人员提供便携的医疗服务.结论 医患纠纷档案的有效管理和合理利用,对于医患纠纷的解决提供指导和借鉴作用,各级医院,尤其是三级甲等综合性医院,应加强对医患纠纷档案的科学管理,通过科学有效的管理模式,提升医院的医疗质量.

Status on the Archives Management for Medical Disputes in a Tertiary Hospital

Objective To analyze the situation and the innovation model of archives management for medical disputes, in order to provide prevention and the processing paths of medical disputes for administrative personnel of a comprehensive hospital,especially for the Division of Medical Affairs.Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to analyze data related to achieves management for medical disputes in the hospital.The Delphi, expert meeting and other statistical analysis methods were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of achieves management for medical disputes in the hospital.Results Two staff in the administration office are responsible for collecting and managing archives of medical disputes.Through scientific and effective plans to manage and classify the medical disputes archives, they could provide convenient service of medical data and information for administrative personnel, especially managers supervising medical quality in the hospital.Conclusion The effective management and reasonable utilization of medical disputes achieves can provide guidelines and reference for solving medical disputes.Therefore, hospitals, especially tertiary comprehensive hospitals, should enhance scientific management of medical disputes achieves, so as to improve medical quality through scientific and effective management.
