In view of existing situation,military hospital must insist on the direction of connotation construction.Firstly,paying more attention to the talent building,including orientation,quality cultivation and using machanism.Secondly,making subject group construction as the core project of hospital management.Thirdly,emphasizing the reform of medical service form the point of medical quality,efficiency and cost control.
