临床路径管理在单病种付费中的效果评价

目的观察临床路径管理在单病种付费中的应用效果。方法对比分析1 236例采用临床路径管理（观察）组与1 057例常规诊疗（对照）组住院天数、手术者预期术前住院天数（待手术天数）、总费用、医院感染发生率、医疗服务质量满意率等。结果观察较对照组住院天数、手术者待手术天数明显缩短（P〈0.01）、总费用、医院感染发生率显著降低（P〈0.05）,医疗服务质量满意率明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径管理在单病种付费中的应用,可使待手术天数、住院天数明显缩短,总费用、医院感染发生率显著降低,医疗服务质量满意率明显升高。

Effect Evaluation of Clinic Pathway Management in the Payment of Single Disease Category

Objective To observe the effect of clinic pathway management of payment in single disease category.Methods Comparative analysis was done in the length of day,expected preoperative length of day of operator,total expense,occurrence rate of nosocomial infection,satisfaction rate of medical service quality of patients between 1236 cases with clinic pathway management group（observed group） and 1057 cases routine theranostics group（control group）.Results There is obvious decrease in the length of day and expected preoperative length of day of operator of patients in observe group than control group（P0.01）,as well as the total expense and occurrence rate of nosocomial infection（P0.05） in the observed group.There is significant increase in satisfaction rate of medical service quality（P0.05） in the observed group.Conclusions Given the application of clinic pathway management,it obviously shorten the length of day and expected preoperative length of day of operator of patients,and reduced the total expense and occurrence rate of nosocomial infection.It also significantly hightened satisfaction rate of medical service quality.
