| Abstract: | The article made an explanation on the process, method and problem of key subject construction in hospital. The author considered that the managers must firstly made an serious analysis on inside and outside environment. Then, putting forward targeted recommendations of hospital subject group construction on train of thought, objective, goal and guidance. Finally, establishing integrated development programming. During the process of construction, the managers should implement programming step by step. |
