Abstract:The article analyzed the situation and challenge of human resource management in military hospitals.Some countermeasures were discussed form four aspects,which included the innovation of management idea,the building of management mode,the perfection of management mechanism,and the improvement of management level.The countermeasures provided a powerful personnel support for enhancing the benefit of human resource development and promoting sustainable development of military hospitals.
