| 摘 要： | 加强学科建设,构建优势学科群,是建设研究型医院的核心。作者认为,要最终实现＂建设一流现代化研究型医院＂的目标,必须发挥好：研究型医院理论导向作用,学科建设目标的牵引作用,学科人才建设的核心作用,建设技术的指导作用,科研成果的孵化作用,医院建设资源的支撑作用。

| Abstract: | The cores of research hospital＇s construction were strengthening the disciplines building and establishing discipline groups.The author considered that the hospital should give full play to the following six aspects to achieve the goal of top modern research hospital,which included the theoretical guidance of research hospital,goal traction of discipline building,core position of talent cultivation,guidance effect of technology building,cultivating effect of science and research achievements,as well as the strong point of construction resources of hospital. |
