新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间区域医疗中心管理实践

自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,随着全社会的广泛关注和各项防控措施的深入开展,新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作取得积极进展,但疫情形势依然严峻复杂。区域医疗中心作为一定区域内疾病诊治的重要组成单位,在疫情期间科学、及时、有效开展防控措施对控制病毒传播具有重大意义。文章分析上海市静安区闸北中心医院作为静安区医疗中心之一、静安区中部医疗联合体牵头单位,在疫情期间通过加强领导、优化布局、资源整合、科学调配人力资源和后勤保障等一系列措施,科学有效地做好区域内疫情防控和病患筛查救治等工作。通过总结管理经验和做法,为进一步应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情提供参考。

Practice and Discussion on Management of Regional Medical Center during the Epidemic of COVID-19

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, with the wide attention of the whole society and the in-depth development of various prevention and control measures, the prevention and control work of COVID-19 has made positive progress, but the epidemic situation is still grim and complex. As an important component of disease diagnosis and treatment in certain region, regional medical centers are of great significance to control the spread of the virus by scientific, timely and effective prevention and control measures during the epidemic. This paper analyzes the fact that Zhabei Central Hospital of Jing ’an district, Shanghai, as the medical center of Jing ’an district and the leading unit of the central medical consortium in Jing ’an district, had carried out a series of measures during the outbreak, including strengthening leadership, optimizing layout, resource integration, scientific deployment of human resources and logistics support. It well accomplished scientific and effective prevention and control of the epidemic in the region and the screening and treatment of patients. The management experience and practices were summarized to provide reference for hospital to cope with COVID-19 epidemic.
