| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用电子病历系统的优势。方法：对应用电子病历系统的11所医院的资料进行分析。结果：①达到了医疗管理规范要求；②保证了病历信息的安全可靠；③强化了医疗质量实时控制；④提高了临床信息采集速率；⑤提供了临床常用知识库；⑥满足了可扩展性强的需求；⑦解决了及时打印的技术问题；⑧奠定了信息后续利用的基础。结论：应用电子病历系统对提高医疗工作效率和质量起到了积极的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: The advantage of a computer-based patient record system is explored. Methods: The data which the system is applied in eleven hospitals are analyzed. Results: Firstly, the demands of medicine management specification are achieved; Secondly, the safety of patient record information is assured; Thirdly, real-time control medical quality is reinforced; Fourthly, collection speed of clinical information is increased; Fifthly, usual clinical knowledge bank is provided; Sixthly, the requirement of good extension is needed; Seventhly, the technique of printing in time is created. Eighthly, the foundation of using information continuously is settled. Conclusions: The application of the system had positive role in improving the medical efficiency and quality. |
