Applying Operation Grading Management to Improve Medical Management Quality

According to Management of Clinical Application on Military Medical Technology, the operation grading management were established to ensure the safety and enhance surgical operation management of the surgical departments quality of operation, prevent medical incidents, and doctors. Based on the practice of this new management in a general hospital, the organization, the implementation and effects of the management measures were introduced. The results showed that this management can prevent operative risks effectively and improve the quality of operation. Meanwhile, the surgery grading management was accessed with HIS, which had further improved the quality of health care and management.
