军医大学卫生管理干部任职教育现状及对策分析

摘    要:任职教育是提高卫生管理干部组织指挥能力的重要途径之一。本文对军医大学卫生管理干部任职教育工作的现状进行了剖析,提出改进和提高任职教育质量的对策:①做好任职教育的顶层设计;②完善任职教育的训练体系;③改进任职教育的训练手段。

Abstract:Graduate education is an important way to improve cadre's management ability.In this paper,the author analyzed the status quo of graduate education in military medical universities and proposed some countermeasures as perfecting the design of the work,consummating training system and advancing training measures.
