海勤人员心理健康量表常模构建

目的研制海勤人员心理健康评定量表,为海勤人员心理健康评估提供检测方法和手段。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)为工具,抽取1 218名海勤人员进行测试。对结果进行统计分析并与国内不同群体常模进行比较。海勤人员心理健康量表内容包括身体关注性、抑郁性、焦虑性、紧张性、性格倾向性、情绪稳定性、掩饰性。结果海勤人员症状因子总分、总均分、阳性项目数和各项因子分,均低于全国常模和全国同年龄组常模,低于军人组常模和新兵常模。结论通过量表的测量海勤人员整体心理素质水平较好,海勤人员心理健康量表可以反映海勤人员的心理适应度和个性行为倾向性,判定其心理健康状况和性格特征。

Norm Model of Mental Health Scale of Navy Personnel

Objective To develop mental health scale of navy personnel,and provide methods for the mental health evaluation of navy personnel.Methods 1218 navy personnel were tested with SCL-90.The results were compared with the national norm models of different groups.Scale mainly includes the items as body concerning,depression,anxiety,tension,personality tendency,emotional stability and concealing.Results Total score of influencing factors,total average score,numbers of positive items of the navy were lower than those of the national norm model,the norm model of the same age group,the servicemen group and norm model of the new recruitment.Conclusion The mental health level of navy is better than others.The scale of navy personnel may reflect the mental adaptation and personalized behavior tendency,with which we can judge their mental health situation and personality traits.
