| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查的方法，结合文献检索研究，对当前电子病历的热点问题进行研讨。结果表明，对电子病例关注的热点问题主要集中在电子病历的合法性、记录的原始真实性和电子病历管理等三大方面，并通过研讨提出一些解决问题的思路。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of questionnaire investigation and literature retrieval,the author discussed the hot spots of electronic medical record at present.The study result show that the hot spot were grouped three aspects,which were the legitimacy,the truth of medical record and its management.The author also put forward some methods to solve these problems. |
