循环miRNAs分析检测方法研究进展

摘    要:循环miRNAs是重要的毒性标志分子,其含量极低、序列多样和长度较短的特性给分析检测带来挑战,成为决定其应用于新化学物质和材料的毒理学研究和临床应用的关键。该文综述了目前可用于循环miRNA分析检测的方法,包括传统微阵列法、测序法、RT-PCR法和生物传感方法,并对这些方法的技术特点和检测中存在的主要问题进行论述。

Abstract:Circulating miRNA have been recently acknowledged as an important toxicity biomarkers.Challenge and difficulty for determination induced by sequence diversity,short fragment,affected the application of circulating miRNA in toxicologic study on new chemicals and materials,and clinical practice.In this paper,circulating miRNA detection techniques were reviewed as much as possible,such as traditional microarray,sequencing,RT-PCR and biological sensing,also the main factors and problem in the quantification.
