摘    要:为探讨大气氟污染对人群健康的影响,本文对由低氟区进驻高氟区(地方性氟中毒)的某部队驻区入群进行流行病学调查,发现:部队搬迁6个月儿童氟斑牙患病率为16.54%,尿氟水平均值为2.01mg/L,迁入两年后并经饮水降氟一年后调查儿童氟斑牙患率仍上升为45.10%,尿氟水平均值为1.02mg/L,而成人氟斑牙患病率仅为8.30%,环境氟含量调查结果:大气和土壤氟含量为国标4.457倍和5.13倍,生活燃

Abstract:The epidemiology investigation on the population in a certain PLA unit stationed region was carried out to research the effect of atmosphere pollution induced by fluoride on the health of the population which stationed from a low fluoride region to a high fluoride region.The result showed that the prevalance rate of dental fluorosis was 16 54%,the average content of fluoride in the urine was 2 01mg/L among the children who moved for 6 months.After they moved for 2 years and the water source was reformed to derease the fluoride in the water,those two indexes were 45 10% and 1 02mg/L respectively.But the prevalance rate of dental fluorosis was only 8 30% among the adults.The result of the investigation on the fluoride in the environment indicated that the content of fluoride in the atmosphere and the soil were 4 457 and 5 13 times of the national standard respectively.The average content of the fluoride in the coal for daily life was 61mg/kg,which was under the national standard.According to these results we made a comprehensive analysis:which indicated that the primary factor for the diseases taken place among the population was the atmosphere pollution induced by fluoride.
