摘    要:目的 灯一溪市大气污染治理。方法 于1994年和1995年连续二年调查室外大气污染对呼呼统健康的影响,经对市内5个衡区25岁以上成中呼吸系统症状生咳 、气短、突发性喘息)三种疾病(慢性支气管炎,慢性阻塞性疾患及上呼吸道感染)以内外多种暴露的流行病学调查,用多因素Logistic回归分析,调整了年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、室内煤及吸烟状况后,得出室外大气污染和一呼吸系统疾病的联系。结果 6种呼吸系统

Abstract:To support the control of air pollution in Benxi.The continuous two year investigation on the effects of outdoor air pollution on respiratory system was carried out during 1994~1995 The epidemiological survey on this items as follows,the prevalence of 3 symptoms of respiratory system(chronic expectoration,shortness of breath and sudden attack of asthma),and 3 kinds of diseases (chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, and acute respiratory diseases occurring in Feburary of every year),and many associated factors of indoor and outdoor hazardous expoure,was made among adults aged>25 year old in 5 urban districts,its results were analyzed by Logistic analysis,after the adjustment of age,sex,education ,occupation,indoor burning coal smoke and smoking,the relationship between outdoor air pollution and chronic respiratory diseases was concluded The OR s of 6 kinds of respiratory diseases and symptoms increased with the increasing levels of outdoor air pollution When the 2 variables of TSP and SO 2 in air were entered into the Logistic model simultenously,the ORs increased 40%,30% and 60% for expectoration,shortness breath and asthma respectively and 30% for acute and chronic respiratory diseases with the increase of each 100 mg/m 3 TSP.The prevalence of respiratory symptoms increased about 5 times higher with the increase of each 100 mg/m 3 SO 2 which caused no significant increase of the prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases Conclusion]The relative amounts of TSP resulted in the increases of the prevalence rates of respiratory symptoms of 30%~60%.SO 2 revealed more significant influence on respiratory symptoms
