| Abstract: | Hospital culture is the soul of hospital,and the powerhouse for the sustainable development of hospital.As a kind of intangible production force that promotes hospital development,it attracts more and more attention.The article discusses the importance of fostering excellent culture in improving the comprehensive strength and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of a hospital from the perspective of the connection between culture and medicine,hospital,medical personnel and humanity. |
