医院开展志愿服务的实践与思考

医院开展志愿服务工作,能弥补医院服务资源不足,为患者提供安全、有效、便捷的医疗服务,还能获得社会各界的关爱和帮助,促进医患关系和谐。本文对绍兴市人民医院打造＂党（团）员志工在窗口、社会志工在门诊、药代志工在诊区＂的志工体系,志愿服务工作所采取的措施、取得的成效及需要完善的问题进行了阐述。

Volunteer＇s service in hospital can compensate for the lack of service resources for safer, more effective and more convenient service. It gains social attention and help and can promote the relationship between doctors and patmnts.
