加快建立我国职业卫生的协调与合作机制

本文围绕着保障工作场所的职业安全卫生，阐明了我国的职业卫生工作所涉及的责任相关方及其责任。包括责任主体用人单位和劳动者，政府监管管理部门，职业卫生技术服务支撑体系，研究和技术支持体系，社会相关方（劳动者和用人单位的体表，行业协会、学会等），从国家级和企业级两个层面提出我国应加快建立的职业病防治工作的协调与合作机制，包括多部门协调机制、三方协调机制和社会对话，职业卫生专项集体合同的协商，中小企业联合委员会，职业卫生信息共享等，以期推动我国职业卫生协调与合作机制的建立与发展。

Accelerate the establishment of coordiation and cooperation mechanism on occupational health in China

Due to the development and maintainance of occupational safety and health in the workplace, this article elaborates the bodies related and their responsibilities relative with occupational health prevention and control in China, including employers and workers, government sectors of supervision and management, the supporting system of occupational health technical services, research and technique supporting system, social relative bodies （representatives of workers and employers, and associations, institutes, and etc. ）. This article suggests that the establishment of coordination and cooperation mechanism on occupational health in China which includes coordination mechanism among all the social and professional partners with responsibilities, tripartite coordination mechanism and social dialogue, consultation of special collective contract on occupational health, small and medium sized enterprises federation, occupational health information communication, and etc, should be accelerated at the national level and the enterprise level to pro-mote the establishment and development of coordination and cooperation mechanism in China.
