| 摘 要： | 《全国卫生监督机构人员现状研究》课题概述包括研究背景、目的、调查内容、样本收集方法和范围,以及主要结果。本研究于2010年6月至7月,对全国范围卫生监督机构进行了普查,旨在明确全国卫生监督机构工作人员的现状,进而发现存在的问题,为制定相应的人才队伍建设等策略提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the project of Research on the Staff of Health Inspection Agency of China in brief,including research background,objectives,research contents and sampling.From June to July 2010,the project made a nationwide survey of health inspection agencies.This study aimed at clarifying the status quo of the staff in health inspection agencies,identifying key problems,and developing feasible policy idea and strategy. |
