临床型医院科研工作存在的问题和对策

非医科院校直属的临床型医院普遍存在着科研意识淡薄，科研水平滞后，科研团队缺如，科研制度缺乏等阻碍科研工作发展的问题。近年来，针对这些问题，山西省人民医院采取开展科研培训，完善科研设施，加强科研梯队建设，制定各项科研奖惩制度等措施，有力地促进了科研工作的开展和进步，使医务人员对科研工作的思想观念从根本上发生了改变，医院在各项科研工作中取得了切实的成绩。
