引进海外人才工作的探索

摘    要:心血管疾病国家重点实验室通过对学科建设进行战略规划,提出引进海外高层次人才的新思路、新举措,本文将心血管疾病国家重点实验室引进海外人才的工作经验加以总结,通过分析海外高层次人才群体的特征与需求、服务保障工作采取的相关措施,保障引进人才“落地生根”进行了初步探索.

Abstract:According to the strategic planning for disciplinary development of cardiology,the State Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Disease proposed to recruit overseas high-level talents for innovative ideas and initiatives.Based on previous experience,this paper will introduce the related working experience and conducted a preliminary examination of the retention of oversea talents by analyzing the demographic traits of these high level personnel and measures need to be taken to cater to other needs from them.
