| 摘 要： | 国际合作与交流在医院的学科建设和发展中起着重要作用,加强国际合作交流已成为提高医疗质量、建设一流医院的一个必不可少的途径.本文通过我院10年学科建设中国际合作交流的实践经验,研究学科建设中国际交流与合作中的工作模式和机制,为加强国际科技合作提供具有重要决策参考价值和建议.
