| 摘 要： | 为了解我国各省在基础研究领域对青年科技人才的培养现状,拟从全国各省市自治区设立的自然科学基金管理制度人手,全面了解全国地方有关自然科学基金设立的相关情况,重点挖掘地方自然科学基金关于青年人才培养方面的政策倾向,以及为适应新形势的不断发展,在促进青年人才成长方面出台的新举措,从而分析我国各省在基础研究领域对青年人才培养的现状,总结各省市的青年人才培养特点及发展趋势.

| Abstract: | In order to figure out the present situation of personnel training to young scientific talents in basic research fields in China,we managed to know national natural science fund in each province from management systems,focusing on policy-making trends and new methods of cultivation to young scientific talents,for the purpose of analyzing present situation and summarizing the characteristics and developmental trends of personnel training to young scientific talents in each province. |
