| 摘 要： | 目的 掌握浙江省医疗卫生单位专利申报和授权情况，为促进专利申报和转化提供参考依据。方法 通过佰腾网专利数据库进行专利文献检索，使用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果 浙江省77家医疗卫生单位专利申请量总体呈上升趋势，共有有效发明专利和实用新型专利1 430件，其中发明专利264件，实用新型专利1 166件。专利总数和有效专利数均与全省生产总值和每千人口医生数存在正相关关系(r分别为0.824，0.812，0.784，0.771，P<0.001)。合作专利申请率为6.28%，其他地市与杭州市、省级医疗卫生单位在合作专利申请上差异具有统计学意义(α=0.05/3，P<0.001)。结论 浙江省77家医疗卫生单位专利总数已达到一定规模，专利数随着经济发展和每千人口医生数的增加而增加，有效专利呈现地区分布集中，发明专利所占比重较低。
