2005年国内医疗机构论文发表排名分析

目的分析2005年在SCI、MEDLINE收录论文较多的前20名医疗机构以及发表国内论文数较多的前100名医疗机构的论文及其被引用情况，旨在为各医疗机构科研管理部门决策提供参考。方法统计2005年SCI、MEDLINE收录国内医疗机构论文数量及其国内论文数量，同时分析论文被引情况。结果2005年排名前20名医疗机构SCI、MEDLINE收录论文数量增幅度分别为51．83％和42．35％，排名前100名医疗机构国内论文平均发文比2004年增长51．37篇，被引论文数量比2004年平均增长189．01篇次。结论虽然军队医科大学附属医院发文和被引数量高于地方医科大学附属医院，但其增幅小于大学附属医院，大学附属医院继续保持较高的增长，医疗机构要保持相应的名次，发表论文数量要保持一定的增长率。

Ranking analysis of publications from China hospitals in 2005

Objectives To provide reference for the Research & Development depart merit of hospi- tals by analyzing the quantity of publications and their citation data of the top 20 hospitals in SCI and MED- LINE,and top 100 hospitals in domesti c publications during 2005.Methods The number of publications and their citati on counts of the first 20 hospitals in SCI and MEDLINE,and the top 100 hospital s in domes- tic publications in 2005 were analyzed with bibliometric methods.Results In 2005,the average increased ra- tio of publications in SCI and MEDLINE for top 20 hospitals was 51.83% and 42.35% respectively.For top 100 hospitals,the increased number of domestic publications was 51.37,the number of cited publi cations was increased 189.01 compared with in 2004,respectively.Conclusions The number of publications and ci- tation counts in military affiliated hospitals were more than those in the universities'hospitals,but their in- creased ratio was smaller than in universities hospitals.The universities keep the higher inc teased rate in publication and cited articles.In order to keep high ranking,th e hospitals should keep increased rate of their scientific productivity.
