| 摘 要： | 基于图书馆员，就医院图书馆开展循证医学证据检索和评价工作的可行性进行调查。结果显示，半数图书馆员对此缺乏认同，并在馆藏资源和人员专业素质等方面存在很大不足，但在检索能力和时间两方面具备优势。

| Abstract: | In this article the hospital Iibrarians analyzed on the evidence search and evaluating of the evidence-based medicine.The results of investigation showed that there was a certain practicality for the hospital library by offering the related service based on the retrieve ability and the time,but the library collections and the professional quality of the staff were insumcient. |
