An Analysis on the Effects of High-level Talents Introduction------Taking the Introduction of Professor Shi Fudong as an Example

Abstract] Taking the introduction of Professor Shi Fudong as a successful talent introduction example, this article analysized the positive effects of high-level talents introduction. By successfully introducing high-level talents, academic subjects can be revived, the ability of completing major projects can be improved, professional teaching level can be promoted and it can also help to form the effect of talent accumulation, etc. Meanwhile, this article summarized the experience for successfully introducing high-level talents from four aspects, which is increasing input, respecting scientific laws, building talent teams and constructing hospital culture.
