浅谈精准医学与科研管理

美国总统奥巴马在2015年初提出了精准医学计划，引起了普遍关注。美国国立癌症研究所对精准医学给出的定义是，将个体疾病的遗传学信息用于指导其诊断或治疗的医学。在奥巴马宣布的精准医学具体内容中，短期目标就包括了加强精准医疗在癌症治疗上的应用，肿瘤治疗也因此成为精准医学的重中之重，被赋予了很大的希望。作为肿瘤专科医院的科研管理人员，应当从思想上高度重视精准医学研究工作，加强自身对精准医学理念和模式的学习，并且针对所学内容积极展开思考，探索促进精准医学发展相关科研管理的新理论、新方法、新机制和新模式，从而发挥科研管理部门在医院精准医学研究中的协调与管理职能。
