实践社团视角下科研管理中的非正式沟通

大科学时代下,科研团队呈现出分布式、虚拟性等特点,科研团队成员定期或不定期开展非正式沟通以实现知识共享的行为广泛而频繁,引起科研管理对非正式沟通管理的重视。本文以实践社团为视角,从关注科研团队中的非正式社交网络、提供非正式沟通的条件、培养沟通协调员,科学衡量非正式沟通价值等四个方面提出了开展有效非正式沟通管理的思考。

Research team shows virtual and distributed characters in big science era. The researcher often communicated informally for knowledge sharing. Research manager attaches great attention to the management of informal communication in team. From the perspective of community of practice, we propose helpful suggestions to improve effective informal communication management include that focus on informal social network in team, support informal communication condition to team, train communication coordinator, measure value of informal communication scientifically.
