| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析2005-2007年湖南省各市(州)网络直报疑似肺结核病人报告现状,评价结核病防治机构与非结核病防治机构的合作和协调情况。方法对近3年结核病信息管理系统湖南省各市(州)非结核病防治机构网络直报疑似肺结核病人的肺结核病例报告卡,剔除重报病例和已到结核病防治机构就诊的病例,获取未到结核病防治机构就诊病人的相关信息,分析其转诊到位率、追踪率及总体到位率变化及其原因。结果2005-2007年湖南省非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人数分别是26 521例,38 840例和57 305例,排除重报和辖区外患者数,则应转诊人数分别是20 623例,33 288例和47 649例。2005-2007年转诊到位率分别是45.23%,39.02%,28.83%;追踪到位率分别是49.76%,47.02%,53.82%;总体到位率分别是68.19%,65.90%,64.97%。结论湖南省各市(州)非结核病防治机构网络直报疑似肺结核病人转诊率、追踪率没有达到国家的要求。需加强综合医院医生培训与宣传,提高结防机构和非结防机构的合作,以提高结核病的发现水平。
