居民对健康支持工具使用情况的影响因素分析

目的了解居民对健康支持工具的使用情况并分析其使用影响因素,为推广健康支持工具提供政策建议参考。方法采用概率比例规模抽样方法,在杭州市10个城区共调查4 000户居民,对收到健康支持工具的居民资料进行logistic回归多因素分析。结果本研究共有3 340(83.5%)户居民收到健康支持工具;其中,健康读本、限盐罐、控油壶、体重尺、围裙使用率分别占74.5%、62.0%、59.4%、45.2%、77.1%,是否使用健康支持工具(包括限盐罐、控油壶、体重尺、围裙、健康读本共五件套)的影响因素有:是否知晓食盐健康摄入量、是否知晓口味偏咸的危害、是否知晓食用油健康摄入量、日常生活中是否有意识限盐、是否有意识控油及健康意识高低和自觉工具使用难易度等。结论健康知识掌握情况和工具使用难易程度对健康支持工具的使用率影响显著,推广健康支持工具的普及应用,事前落实关于健康生活行为方式和支持工具使用说明方面的宣传教育工作尤为必要。

Factors affecting the use of health utensils among residents
