华北部分地区汉族中老年人群骨质疏松症患病率调查

目的 了解华北地区汉族中老年人群骨质疏松症患病率分布情况。方法 采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法对华北地区918例40岁以上男女人群进行问卷调查和骨密度测量。结果 我国部分地区40岁以上人群总骨质疏松症患病率为8．2％。其中男性4．4％,女10．6％（P＜0．01）;不同年龄组骨质疏松症患病率差异有非常显性（P＜0．01）;城乡之间骨质疏松症患病率差异无显性（P＞0．05）。结论 中老年人群骨质疏松症患病率随年龄增长而增长,且女性高于男性,城市与农村相同,尚须进一步纵向研究探索病因以防治骨质疏松症。

Study on Prevalence Rate of Osteoporosis in Middle- Aged and Elderly Population in some Parts of Huabei Area in China

Objectives To understand the distribution of prevalence rates of osteoporosis in the middle - aged and elderly in some parts of Huabei area in China.Methods Questionnaires were used and 918 people aged above 40 in Huabei areas in China were taken into the survey by the stratified - multi - step - cluster random sampling method. Results The total prevalence rate of osteoporosis in some parts of Huabei area was 8.2% . Of them, the prevalence rate of males was 4.4% and that of females was 10.6% ( P < 0.01); There were very significant differences of osteoporosis prevalence among age groups ( P < 0.01) and there were no significant differences of osteoporosis prevalence between urban and rural areas (P > 0.05) . Conclusions The prevalence rates of osteoporosis wete increased with age and that of osteoporosis in females were higher than that of osteoporosis in males and were same as in urban areas and in rural areas.The further longitudinal study should be developed for the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the middle - aged and elderly population.
