广东省戊型病毒性肝炎病人病例组合及住院费用标准研究

目的用病例分组的方法探讨戊型病毒性肝炎病人住院费用标准,为合理控制医疗费用提供参考依据。方法采用病例组合方法对854例戊型病毒性肝炎病人住院费用进行分组,分析其住院费用影响因素及计算各组标准费用。结果广东省戊型病毒性肝炎病人平均每次住院费用为14 282.69元,其中亚急性重型费用最高,为34 939.26元;住院天数、诊断分类、年龄、伴随疾病是住院费用的主要影响因素;按照这4个因素对样本进行分层,得到10个病例组,并计算每个病例组的标准费用,最高与最低组的标准费用分别为:5 146.56元、38 180.77元。结论经组合后取得的标准费用更符合实际,为医疗保险费用结算时提供参考。

Analysis of standard inpatient costs of hepatitis E patients by case grouping in Guangdong

Objective To analyze the hospital expenses of hepatitis E inpatients by case grouping method in order to properly control the medical costs.Methods 854 clinical data charts of HEV patients were retrieved from hospitals,analyzed and categorized into 10 groups according to the major factors affecting the costs,which were considered as days of hospitalization,diagnostic classification,age and concomitant diseases.The standard costs were assessed and compared between each group.Results The average medical cost of hospitalized hepatitis E patient in Guangdong was $14 282.69 with the highest of $34 939.26 found in subacute severe hepatitis E patients.Among the 10 groups,the lowest cost was $5 146.56 while the highest was$38 180.77.Conclusions The standard expenses evaluated after case grouping is more practical and helpful for medical insurance coverage.
