| 摘 要： | 目的了解天津市吸毒人群艾滋病相关危险行为以及艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒(SP)感染状况,为开展有效的预防、干预措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查,对2009年进入天津市戒毒所的人员进行问卷调查,同时抽取血样进行梅毒和HIV的实验室检测。结果共收集到167例吸毒人员的问卷及血样,其中艾滋病知识知晓率为44.31%,仅有7.19%的调查对象意识到自己有感染艾滋病的危险,与临时性伴发生性关系时使用安全套的比例仅为21.56%。梅毒检出率为4.19%,HIV检出率为1.80%,其中注射吸毒者HIV检出率为3.08%。结论天津市吸毒人群艾滋病知识知晓率较低,对艾滋病的危险因素认识不足,应加强这一人群的宣传教育,提高干预覆盖率。
