女性性工作者感染艾滋病相关危险因素和行为特征研究

目的了解各类娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率、艾滋病相关危险因素和危险行为特征，为下一步开展娱乐场所高危人群行为干预提供可靠信息。方法采用分层抽样方法，在北京市A区（近郊）和B区（远郊）随机抽取调查对象，进行面对面问卷调查。结果共调查177名研究对象，艾滋病基本知识的知晓率为78．2％。最近一次与客人发生性行为时70．6％使用了安全套；最近一个月发生商业性行为时12．4％从未使用安全套、29．9％有时使用、53．1％每次都用。最近一周平均接待3个客人。结论娱乐场所女性性工作者存在艾滋病感染相关危险行为特征，应加强艾滋病的宣传教育和行为干预。

Study on AIDS-related Risk Factors and Behaviors among Female Commercial Sex Workers

Objective To explore awareness rate of knowledge of AIDS and high-risk behaviors among fenale sex workers （Fsws）, and to provide information for developing behavior intervention among high-risk behavior populations. Methods 177 samples were selected by stratified sampling and interviewed face-to-face. Results 70.6% of the Fsws reported using condoms when they had sex with clients last time, 12.4% reported never using condoms, 29.9% reported using condoms sometimes and 53.1% reported using condoms consistently during the last month. On average, a female sex worker served three clients each week. Conclusion There were some high-risk behaviors among female sex workers in Beijing. Health education and behavior intervention were in urgent need to prevent HIV in both high-risk groups and general population.
