76例老年患者医院内肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎的调查分析

目的 了解某医院老年住院患肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎发病率并探讨其影响因素。方法 对1997年4月至2001年4月间某院60岁以上老年住院患的出院病历进行回顾性调查。结果 2218例老年患发生医院感染198例，医院感染率为8．93％，其中76例为肺炎克雷伯菌所致肺炎，发病率3．43％，占同期老年患医院感染的38．38％。结论 老年患肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎的发生与其呼吸道免疫学特点，基础疾病及是否有侵入性操作和抗菌药物的广泛、长期应用有关。应加强对老年患的呼吸道护理和综合性治疗。

Investigation of nosocomial acquired pneumonia caused by Klebsiella pneumonia in 76 senile patients

Objective To evaluate the incidence and affecting factors of nosocomial acquired pneumonia caused by Klebsiella pneumonia in senile patients. Methods Two thousand two hundred and eighteen senile patients who were hospitalized during the period from April 1997 to April 2001 were investigated retrospectively. Results One hundred and ninety eight (8.93%) patients had nosocomial infection, 76 of whom developed pneumonia caused by Klebsiella pneumonia . Conclusion Pneumonia caused by Klebsiella pneumonia in senile patients is associated with senile respiratory tract immunological feature, underlying diseases, invasive operation and extensive and long term antimicrobial use, it is necessary to strengthen respiratory care and general treatment.
