摘    要:目的了解某院重症监护室(ICU)实施导管相关感染预防措施后的效果。方法对2006 年1月-2007年12月与2008年1月-2009年12月入住ICU的患者,采用目标性监测方法监测医院感染发病情况,并于2008-2009年采取导管相关感染干预措施,以患者平均病情严重程度调整法(ASIS)调整医院感染发病率。结果采取干预措施后,经ASIS调整后的日感染例次发病率由2006-2007年的5.77‰下降至2008-2009年的3.63‰;导管相关感染率均有不同程度下降,其中普通外科ICU呼吸机相关肺炎发生率下降幅度最大,由2006-2007年的10.53‰下降至2008-2009年的4.79‰。结论在ICU采取医院感染预防干预措施能明显降低感染率。

Abstract:Objective To realize the efficacy of practicing of preventive intervention measures of catheter-associated nosocomial infection(NI)in intensive care units (ICUs). Methods Targeted surveillance was adopted to monitor the occurrence of NI in patients admitted in ICUs between January 2006- December 2007 and January 2008- December 2009 , corresponding intervention measures on NI were undertaken, NI rates were adjusted with average severity of illness score (ASIS) method. Results After adjusted with ASIS method ,the daily NI rate decreased from 5.77 ‰ between 2006- 2007 to 3.63 ‰ between 2008 - 2009 ; catheter-associated infection rates decreased with different degree, ventilator-associated pneumonia in surgical ICU decreased mostly, from 10. 53 ‰ between 2006- 2007 to 4. 79‰ between 2008 - 2009. Conclusion Carrying out preventive intervention measures in ICUs can decrease NI rates obviously.
