| 摘 要： | 目的 :加强登革热的监测 ,调查疫区内登革热的流行状况。方法 :采集发热病人及疫区内羊、猪血清 ,应用间接免疫荧光试验检测血清中特异性抗登革热IgG和IgM抗体。 结果 :儋州市采集的发热病人血清IgG抗体阳性率为 41.1% ,IgM抗体阳性率为8.9% ;儋州市、澄迈县采集的羊、猪血清IgG阳性率分别为42 .2 %和 2 3 .3 %。结论 :健康人群中存在隐性感染者 ,是引起暴发流行的重要隐患 ,该地区存在登革热流行的潜在危险。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the epidemic condition of Dengue Fever in Hainan province so that disease detection can be reinforced. Methods:To collect serums from fever patients and domestic livestock followed by checking specific antibody against Dengue virus with IFAT. Results:IgG and IgM positive rates of serums from Zhanzhou city were 41.1% and 8.9% respectively; the average IgG positive rates of serums of sheep and swine were 42.2% and 23.3% respectively. Conclusion:Recessive infection remains in the area. |
