浙江省家蝇抗性调查及防制对策的研究

摘    要:目的 了解家蝇对常用杀虫剂抗性现状及防制对策研究。方法 建立抗性监测点,采用微量点滴法测定u)s0(剧只),提倡轮换或混合用药,控制家蝇抗性的发展。结果 浙江省11个市(地)监测点家蝇对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、EBT、三氯杀虫酯和敌敌畏等8种常用杀虫剂LC50(μg/只)依次分别为0.005~0.0488、0.070~0.3107、0.019~0.1381、0.0155~0.1258、0.442~1.5418、0.1150~0.9703、1.700~7.9978、0.1554~1.5756。与1981~1983年测定结果相比较,抗性提高依次分别为7.14~69.71倍、8.43~37.43倍、7.60~55.24倍、1.72~13.98倍、1.89~6.59倍、O.52~4.23倍、0.55~2.42倍、1.47~14.86倍。结论 浙江省家蝇对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯已产生很高的抗性;氯菊酯、胺菊酯和敌敌畏抗性上升相对缓慢,趋稳定状态;EBT、和三氯杀虫酯抗性不明显,趋敏感水平。应加强对家蝇抗性对策的研究,停用溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯,抑制和延缓家蝇抗性的发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate on insecticide resistance of Musca domestica and to find out its prevention countermeasures. Methods Setting up resistance monitoring points to measure LD 50 (gamma/each) with micro spot method, and advocating using mixed insecticides or different kinds of insecticides alternately to control the resistance development of the Musca domestica . Results The measurement made on the monitoring points in 11 cities (areas) in Zhejiang province indicated that the LD 50 (gamma/each Musca domestica ) against eight common insecticides deltamethrin, cypermethrin, high effect cypermethrin, permethrin, tetramethrin, EBT, acetophenate and ddvp dichiororphos was respectively 0.005- 0.048 8 , 0.070- 0.310 7 , 0.019- 0.138 1 , 0.015 5- 0.125 8 , 0.442- 1.541 8 , 0.115 0- 0.970 3 , 1.700- 7.997 8 and 0.155 4- 1.575 6 . Compared with the LD 50 tested in 1981- 1983, the resistance increased respectively by 7.14- 69.71 times, 8.43- 37.43 times, 7.6- 55.24 times, 1.72- 13.98 times, 1.89- 6.59 times, 0.52- 4.23 times, 0.55- 2.42 times and 1.47- 14.86 times. Conclusion The Musca domestica in Zhejiang province has developed high resistance especially to deltamethrin, cypermethrin and high effect cypermethrin. The resistance to permethrin, tetramethrin and ddvp dichiororphos has increased rather slow. No obvious resistance against EBT and acetophenate has been found with sensitive level. It is suggested to enhance study on prevention management and stop using deltamethrin, cypermethrin and high effect cypermethrin so as to inhabit and delay the resistance development of the Musca domestica .
