从公立医院的公益性看其社会责任

我国公立医院整体运行机制出现了过度市场化的倾向，公益性质被淡化，忽略本应当承担的社会责任，公立医院社会责任的缺失有其深层的原因和各种影响因素，研究和分析影响公立医院社会责任的因素，对引导公立医院改革按公益性的方向推进具有重要的现实意义。

The Social Responsibilities of Public Hospitals from the Point of Their Public Welfare

In our public hospitals, there is the excessive martketization in the whole operating mechanism and the pub- lic welfare is weakened. Therefore, the public hospitals ignore the social responsibilities which they should undertake. There are many deep-seated reasons and various influential factors for the lack of social responsibility of public hospitals. The writer studies and analyzes the influential factors for social responsibilities of public hospitals, and puts forward suggestions for the public hospitals to undertake social responsibilities.
