| 摘 要： | 信息中心作为医院信息化建设的主力军，在医院信息化建设中起着至关重要的作用。信息中心功能发挥的好坏将直接影响医院信息化建设效果。本文在对医院信息中心基本功能定位探讨的基础上，结合信息中心在实际工作中的一些做法，对医院信息中心的建设与管理提出几点建议。
