摘    要:公立医院要建立既突出岗位价值与贡献和工作效率,又避免以追求创收为目的、经济指标为主的薪酬体系。公立医院应从服务数量、服务质量、服务效果、成本控制和患者满意度等方面来构建临床医生绩效考核指标体系。

Abstract:Public hospitals should build up the compensation incentive system,which not only highlights post value,contributions and work efficiency but evades the goals of pursuing income increase and economic indicators.Public hospitals should also construct the index system for clinicians' performance evaluation by referring to service quantity,service quality,service efficiency,cost control and the satisfaction degree of the patients.
