| Abstract: | For the problems in the construction of safety and culture in grassroots hospitals of western regions,the author discusses the long-term effective route for the construction of safety and culture in grassroots hospitals from the points of strengthening idea, creating safe and cultural atmosphere, improving managerial measures, integrating department functions, upgrading service level and ability, and improving the comprehensive quality of medical workers. |
