医疗服务价格调整对医院收入结构的影响分析

目的分析福建省沿海某市医疗服务价格调整对公立医院医疗收入结构的影响。方法抽取26家公立医院,分析比较调价前后一年全部医院、不同类别、不同级别公立医院医疗收入结构的变化情况。结果医疗服务价格的调整有助于优化公立医院的医疗收入结构,尤其是诊查费的调整使诊查收入占总的医疗收入比例大幅度提升,有利于体现医务人员技术劳务价值,调动积极性,但手术项目、检查化验项目调整未达到预期效果。结论调价取得了一定的成效,但建议逐步建立合理地医疗服务价格体系,拉开不同级别医院医疗服务项目价格的差距,推进分级诊疗制度的落实,同时控制医疗费用过快增长。

Analysis of the Influence of Medical Service Price Adjustment on Hospital Income Structure

Objective:To analyze the influence of medical service price adjustment on medical income structure of public hospitals.Method:26 public hospitals were selected for the analysis and comparison of the changes in the medical income structure of all hospitals,different categories and different levels of public hospitals in one year before and after the price adjustment.Result:The adjustment of medical service price is conducive to optimizing the medical income structure of public hospitals,and especially the adjustment of diagnosis fee makes diagnosis income take up a large proportion of the total medical income,which is conducive to reflecting the value of medical personnel′s technical services and arousing their enthusiasm.But the operation project,and the examination assay project adjustment did not achieve the desired effect.Conclusion:Price adjustment has achieved some results,but suggestions have been put forward to gradually establish a reasonable price system for medical services,open the gap between the prices of medical services in different levels of hospitals,promote the implementation of the hierarchical medical system,and control the rapid growth of medical expenses.
