互联网医院发展现状、影响因素与展望

本文通过相关研究文献、政府文件以及互联网医院发布的平台数据信息,研究我国互联网医院的发展历程、运作模式、发展现状、存在的问题等方面情况。主要采用SWOT-PEST矩阵分析法,从制度、经济、社会和科技因素等方面对互联网医院的优势、劣势、机会与挑战进行整理、归纳和比较,以及应用波特五力分析模型剖析互联网医院竞争强度。进一步探讨未来发展策略与思路,推动互联网医院成为优化医疗资源配置,使患者享受优质、便捷的医疗服务的创新途径。

Status,Influencing Factors and Prospects of Internet Hospital Development

Based on the relevant research literature,government documents and platform data released by Internet hospitals,this paper studies the development process,operation mode,development status,existing problems and other aspects of China's Internet hospitals.The SWOT-PEST matrix analysis method is mainly adopted to sort out,summarize and compare the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Internet hospitals from the aspects of political,economic,social and technological factors,as well as analyze the competitive strength of Internet hospitals by applying Porter's five-force analysis model.Further exploration of future development strategies and ideas is made in order to promote the Internet hospital to become an innovative way to optimize the allocation of medical resources and enable patients to enjoy high-quality and convenient medical services.
