医院文化是在一定社会文化基础上发展形成的具有医院自身特征的一种群体文化，它
是文化与医疗活动相结合的产物，是医院全体成员在长期工作、生活中创造出来的物质成果和精神
成果的集中反映。医院文化建设主要包括：精神文化、物质文化和制度文化的建设。中国医科大学
口腔医学院在多年医院文化建设的实践中体会到：和谐的政治环境和领导人的作用对医院文化建
