| 摘 要： | 目的了解广西在校大学生性病/艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状,为开展性病/艾滋病宣传教育提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法选取被试,对抽取的2015名大学生进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果被调查的大学生中,8.73%有过性行为,其中34.96%存在多性伴关系,最近1次发生性行为时安全套使用率为31.47%;艾滋病传播途径知晓率较高,均超过95%;对于非传播途径和预防方法有一定了解,57.82%的人认为艾滋病对每一个人和家庭都存在威胁。结论应采取多种形式加强艾滋病非传播途径和性健康知识的宣传教育,全面提高大学生艾滋病防治知识水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the STD/AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behavior among undergraduates in Guangxi,and to provide scientific evidence for STD/AIDS prevention education.Methods A cluster random sample of 2 015 undergraduates were investigated with an anonymous questionnaire.Results Among the students surveyed,8.73% had sexual behaviors,34.96% had several sex partners and only 31.47% of them used condom in their lately intercourse behavior.The awareness rate of AIDS transmission route were over 95%,but the awareness rate of non-transmission and prevention were low.Only 57.82% of the undergraduates thought that AIDS had threat to everyone or family.Conclusion It is important to strengthen AIDS-related non-transmission and sexual health education among college students in many types to improve the general awareness of AIDS. |
