大学生心理健康与应对方式及社会支持的相关分析

目的探讨大学生应对方式及社会支持与心理健康的关系,以便更好地开展心理健康教育。方法对临沂师范学院的216名大学生采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式问卷和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。结果主观支持与抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及精神病性呈显著负相关(P<0.05),自责与焦虑、抑郁,幻想与强迫、人际关系敏感,合理化与躯体化、人际关系敏感呈显著相关(P值均<0.05),幻想与焦虑、抑郁、敌对及精神病性,合理化与敌对、焦虑、精神病性呈非常显著正相关(P值均<0.01)。结论大学生存有较多的心理问题,更多使用不成熟或混合型应对方式,其心理健康状况与社会支持及应对方式密切相关。

Correlative Study on Mental Health, Coping Styles and Social Support Among College Students

Objective To explore the correlations between coping styles,social support and mental health among college students,and to promote mental health education.Methods With SCL-90,Coping Style Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale,216 students in Linyi Normal College were surveyed.Results There was negative correlation between subjective support and depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety and psychoticism(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between: self-blame and anxiety,depression;fantasy and obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity;fantasy and anxiety,depression,hostility and psychoticism;rationalization and hostility,anxiety,psychoticism(P<0.01).Conclusion College students have more psychological problems.They mostly use immature or mixed coping styles.There is close relationship between mental health and social support and coping styles among college students.
